ORDERING ONLINE

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron, Mastercard and American Express.

Once a payment has been made you will receive an email confirmation.  If you wish to make payments by other means please email or telephone us and we will process your order by telephone or make an online bank transfer.

COMMISSIONED ORDERS

All commissioned pieces require a deposit of 50% as confirmation before a piece can be begun.  The full balance will need to be paid before delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and you email us to notify us, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 20 days from date of purchase.   If you return a sale made through this website, providing it is unworn and in the original pristine condition when it was sent to you, we will refund you in full.  This does not apply to customised, bespoke or commissioned items.  The cost of returning an item is your responsibility and will not be refunded.  Jewellery must be returned in original packaging and using a secure insured delivery service. 

SIZING

Please ensure you provide us with the exact ring size when placing your order.  If you are unsure please contact us for advice on sizing.  If you purchase a ring and it is not the correct size you may be charged for adjustments.
